unique infill project, Santa Maria Village is a mixed use, 18 acre project that includes residential and commercial components in Chandler, Arizona. Situated along a busy intersection, the commercial buildings help buffer the noise and traffic from the multi-family project. Pinnacle Design, Inc. designed the entry features, screen walls, and gates for both uses to achieve a uniform appearance. Plant material was also selected to be compatible with the surrounding neighborhoods and businesses. Amenities for the residential portion were also planned and included a tot lot and community pool while hardscape was designed for the entrances into the commercial parcel.
