ith convenient freeway access, Raintree Corporate Center is a 2 Phase 3 story office complex set on a 12 acre site in Scottsdale, Arizona. Through a series of charettes, Pinnacle Design Inc. developed ideas for the center’s hardscape and planting design. The lobby design was integrated into the outdoor environment with various colors of concrete in a geometric pattern, and the design helps connect the building to the parking structure. The driveway entrance emphasized a circular pattern of the sun, and mass formal planting was utilized to enhance these features. Drought tolerant plant material was selected while providing color to the project.
